I hope you had a great off-season.  With MLB starting this week, it’s time to start to planning for the upcoming baseball season in Peterborough.  

Details for our local umpire clinic are below.  Please register online, and feel free to pass along to any friends who want to umpire in 2018.

Clinic: Level 1 & 2 Baseball Umpire Certification Clinic

Date: Saturday, May 12

Location: Peterborough Lions Club, 347 Burnham Street

Time: Registration begins at 8:30am, clinic runs 9:00am-3:30pm.

Signup: To register go to www.baseballontario.com. Click on the umpires image. Click on Development. Click on Clinics. Click on register for clinic and enter your umpire info.

Cost: $60 per person, which includes umpire certification, all course materials, snacks and pizza lunch. Payment will be accepted at the clinic, by cash or cheque to K.B.U.A.  

Clinic Details: Clinic will consist of both classroom instruction and on-field drills (weather permitting). Please be sure to bring a pen along with appropriate footwear and clothing for on-field instruction.
